I read this story last summer and did not rate it; I re-read yesterday to give it a fair review.

This is a short story about a scientist named Rachelle who's fantasy of 'being' with a woman as gone unfulfilled for many years. For the sake of not giving the story away I'll just say that the cloning thing is weird but in kinky sort of way. The book itself is about 25% plot/storyline and 75% explicit sex (of a one night encounter).

What I liked about the book was the beginning where the author described the main characters, I also liked the sensuality when both women are exploring each other for the first time.

I think the author does a good job in the erotica department as the sex scenes are very descriptive and equally steamy, you will find yourself turning pages at record speed :) That said, I think the foul language was over the top in some scenes, it could be toned down. Overall, I enjoyed the book.

Let me first say that Lula Lisbon is one of my favorite erotica authors. She is very descriptive in providing all the intimate details but she always develops the characters so that I feel I am experiencing what the main character feels. The Doubled story of a clone that know all of one's deepest darkest sexual fantasies and then makes them come true is quite likely a fantasy that I am sure many of of us have. The sexual energy that occurs after the clone is created is amazing. I would recommend the book for anyone who loves to be turned on as they read and can't wait to turn the next page to see what happens next. Read and enjoy!

The story of Rachelle's experiment with her cloning process is best described as "fun." Lisbon's prose is solid and the story follows excellent SF tropes (her clone using her middle name as identifier, for instance). I really liked that the clone version had less inhibitions than the original, and played the whole thing with a wink and a nod. Recommended.
